Emma Sullivan

Since I started teaching in 2013 I have seen the importance of three major factors in my students' sense of fulfillment upon entering the “real world;” Real life skills, planning and alignment with families, and a sense of purpose in their communities. I also saw the lack of support families receive when their child exits the public school system.  My passion and this gap in our community aligned to bring Sullivan Solutions to life. Over the years, I have taught in a variety of special education capacities from elementary to high school to 18+ and from the classroom to family consultation. Most recently, I was a Vocational Transition Coordinator where I supported students in their transition from school to the workforce. I look forward to helping more individuals and families shoot for their own fulfillment.
